On or about August 11, 2003, I retained Kenneth C. Cory, Criminal Attorney, with respect to a Domestic Violence matter with my husband at the time, Earl D. Farrow. On August 11, 2003, I paid Mr. Cory a $2500.00 retainer. I did not receive a statement of services nor a billing statement from him regarding the services rendered on my behalf. There have been 4 requests, one from an attorney, John Peter Lee, and 3 from me. John Peter Lee, received a letter stating that he was in court for the next 2 weeks, nothing was ever received I have yet received any correspondence from him regarding this matter. Two of the letters that I sent were with a return receipt, so I know that they were received.
