I bought a Mustang from this crook after being told it was in top operating condition. Within the same day I brought it back to him because the car was defective and had a blown motor in it. They had poured Stop-Leak into the oil so it hid the blown engine during a test drive. That is until I got it up on the freeway where I just about got mowed down by an eightren-wheeler when the engine stalled while i was driving in the middle lane of the freeway. Anyway, all he did was laugh and say the car was sold AS-IS and that he couldn't help that I went out and raced the car around and that any problem I was having was my own fault.

He knows all too-well that that is not the case and that he sold me a defective car! He is nothing but a con artist thief! When I refused to take his lame excuse for a resolution, he pointed out an old sedan and said I could take it instead otherwise I could leave. The sedan at least drives so I very reluctantly took it instead. Well now, as it turns out he's rolled the remainder of the Mustang payments into the note on this car so I am now paying for both cars! He is nothing but a slime-ball crook!

Oh and now i see where he is managing a couple of dealerships on Bell Road and has others doing his dirty work! He even sold a guy a car with a punctured gas tank that almost blew up on him and then had the odacity to blame it on a reputable shipping company! There are about 17 others he has done this to!

DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON-ARTIST! AND IF YOU ARE A VICTIM, FILE A REPORT HERE AND THEN REPORT HIM TO THE AUTHORITIES!!

does ken dryden have a dealership or is he operating WITH OUT a DEALERS LICENSE ?

AUTHOR: Auto dealer fraud Investigator - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, May 13, 2014

I understand that you are angry I would be too if I got broke down in the middle of the freeway. I don't understand does this guy have a dealership is he in Phoenix is he in Mesa, Is he in Scottsdale ? If he does not have a dealership and he is selling cars from his house without a dealerships license he is in violation of law. Many people who buy and sell cars without a dealers license are also taking part in income tax evasion it happens all the time let me explain.

They will buy cars from the general public, off of craigslist or from any place that they can find them. After they pay the person for the car they refused to have their name printed on the back of the title as the person buying the car from the person selling the car. In other words they do not want a paper trail of them ever owning the car. Many times they will keep your license plate on the car and continue to driving and then try to sell it at a much higher price. If somebody tries to buy your car from you you need to make sure that you have a copy of their drivers license and their name is printed on the back of the title.

If the person wants to buy your car from you do not sell the car to them and less they write their name on the back of the title and show you their drivers license that they are the person that they wrote that name on the back of the title. If they refuse to put their name on the back of your title when you sell them the car refused to sell them the car.

let's say they bought a car from you for $2000 And they start marketing it on craigslist or any other website for let's say $5500. Let's say they sell the car for $4500 to somebody else with their name not on the back of the title They have made $2500 cash tax-free that's called income tax evasion and operating as a dealer without a dealers license

If that's the case you can report him to the state of Arizona and they will definitely go after him. Trust me if you mention income tax evasion to the state of Arizona and somebody operating without a dealers license they will pursue him legally. He might be laughing right now at you but in the end if he's doing what I think he's doing you can laugh at him and the state will be the one going after him.

Tell us more about your story, does he have a dealership where is it located if you want people to know your story you need to tell the whole story. Where did you meet him how did you find a car wasn't posted on craigslist and did you first look at it in somebody's front yard ? Was it on the street corner someplace in a parking lot with a for sale sign on it ?

If he does not have a dealerships license and he's doing what's called CURBING And if the state catches him doing it they will bust him for income tax evasion trust me I know what I'm talking about people do it all the time, I am willing to bet that 20% of the cars that are listed on craigslist are being sold by CRUBERS.

Unfortunately the state of Arizona does not require a Notary to  only notarize a title with both parties present before the signatures are applied to the title. The state of Arizona only requires a seller to have their Signature notarized on the back of the title they do not require the buyer to have his or her signature notarized on the back of the title of the car they are purchasing.

If this person is selling cars without a dealers license go to Google And do a search on Arizona Department of revenue. Contact them and tell them how you found this guy give them his phone number give them his physical address if you have it the Arizona Department of revenue will go after him if he's taking part in income tax evasion. THINK INCOME TAX EVASION PLEASE THINK OF INCOME TAX EVASION IF THIS GUY DOES NOT HAVE A DEALERS LICENSE.

IF HE DOES NOT HAVE A DEALERS LICENSE TRUST ME. THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE WILL BEND HIM OVER AND GIVE IT TO THEM GOOD IF HE'S OPERATING WITHOUT A DEALERS LICENSE ALSO CONTACT THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND TELL THEM YOUR STORY PRINT OFF YOUR RIPOFF REPORT AND PROVIDED TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE IF THIS GUY IS OPERATING AS A DEALER WITHOUT A DEALERS LICENSE

If you don't believe me go to Google And do a search on LUXOR AUTO And look at all of the stories that  pop-up on the very first page of a Google search I don't know if they are guilty or not but the state sure went after them as well as the IRS.

go to these links that I have provided you the state and the feds might want to hear from you. NOW I have done my homework for you, NOW ITS your turn.
