Neither you ore Jaime Perez cancelled nor complied with the terms and conditions. YOU both signed the Terms and Conditions. Did you NOT read them? I needed your cooperation to do MY job. I have the records of all of the phone calls, emails, and Google corrospondance attempts. It is easy to complain. You both are in the wrong here.

 So you can see Dr. Torres that I was communicating with you and trying to get you to cooperate with the Google Verification process. It is impossible for me to do my job if you do not cooperate. Furthermore, this site is for real complaints. It is not to be used to be childish and to try and hurt my good name and reputation. I have hundreds of happy clients around the country.

Yes it is very convenient to deny, but the Google listing that you mentioned in your rebuttal was made by me even before you came to the picture, even has my name wrong!!! so it show that you did not do your work at all . LOL!
You never tried to call me or Google for 4 months, not until I spoke to my colleague in Tampa that you had Google sent me registration card 4 months after you charged me $ 150.. every single month!!! i am not hurting your name. Send me at least 5 references to call to verify your satisfied customers...
By the way, I spoke to my colleague 5 minutes ago to verify your claims that he is very satisfied with your work, guess what he stopped working with a long time ago and his opinion of you certainly is that you are not honest. Next time do an honest job....

               You did not comply with the terms and conditions within the order form that you aknowleged and signed off on. I did my job. You needed to respond to Google's verification process. I had Google send out multiple verification letters and tried multiple times to have them call you! The Here is the section that I am specifically referring to:



3.3.

Satisfaction Guarantee.

Subject to any limitations found in this Agreement, including the limitations set forth

in Sections 3.4 and 3.5, if your business has not been listed on the first

page of GOOGLE for at least one search phrase(Search phrases are defined as: a

keyword or keywords relevant to your core business, followed by the city and

state of the address stated above within sixty (60) days of your

acceptance of this Agreement and receipt of your Order Confirmation Top10MapListers

will refund to you all amounts charged for provision of

the Basic Services, including the Setup Fee and any Monthly

Maintenance Fees relating thereto (the Satisfaction Guarantee). If

the client does not provide all necessary information or respond to Google

verification process in a timely manner (one day by phone or three days by

mail), the client will void the policy stated in paragraph 3.3. Such refund

will be made within fifteen (15) days of you providing notice to Top Ten Map

Listers that the Satisfaction Guarantee has not been met. Once all refunds are

made pursuant to this Section, this Agreement will be deemed terminated, and

both parties will be relieved of any further obligations or responsibilities found

herein.

                              I am still in business and have been

optimizing you from the time you signed up and faxed over the order form. I have

to have Google give you a call as soon as possible with a 5 digit verification

code. That way I can give you a Google Analytic Report. This is something that

has to be done almost every month as Google changes their Algorithm almost every

month. I do this with all of my clients.

                              I do appreciate you not charging me back.

Like I said on the phone, I am just a small business owner. My prices are a lot

lower than any other optimization company out there. I have personal

relationships with all of my clients. I used to talk to Jaime Perez almost every

Sunday. He would call me on my cell phone and I would always make time for him.



                              Speaking of Jaime Perez. I just got off of

the phone with him. That is funny because once again it is a Sunday. We spoke

for about 20 minutes. Him and I are on the same page. There are a lot of shady

business practices and people in this industry unfortunately. Just like yours,

there is probably some doctor that does not follow ethical practices and makes

the industry look bad. That is what is happening to me here.

                              So I completely understand how you feel.

However I am a good and honest business man. I would love to show you the Google

Analytic Report once Google calls you with the code. This will tell you how many

hits you got, how many people found you under each key phrase, and how many

people requested driving directions if applicable and more!

                              Thank you Dr. Torres. This would really hurt

me and my family if you were to charge me back. I honestly did honest work for

your business. Let me know when we can do the verification.
