Ken McKenna, a well-known Reno lawyer, has been charged two federal misdemeanor counts of failing to pay taxes.
Although he filed tax forms in 2004 and 2007 saying he owed "a substantial amount of tax," he was required to pay the taxes by certain dates but did not, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday by Nevada U.S. Attorney Dan Bogden.
The case was referred to U.S. Magistrate Judge Valerie P. Cooke. No hearings have been set. Natalie ...
