I surrendered my license, bond, etc., to take this $495 offer in May 1997. Ken Steltmen, President, Virtual Branch, assured me that my company would be up and running in a few days. 90 days later I had no loans worked on, no cashflow, lost everything, business, clients, home, family, credit, cars and I have been homeless since. I reported this sham to Oregon Dept., of finance and corporate securities, and never heard another word. Ken Steltmen had sent me different,"out-of-my-state" addresses to use as MY branch, instructed me to pull credit under someone elses name, then HIS name. This sham has cost my family everything and I warn others that something is not right with this outfit and beware!!!!!
