Kendall Auto Repair Car was towed to shop. It spent almost 2 weeks there. I picked it up it ran much worst than it had before. Plano Illinois

My car stopped while driving.  My State Farm insurance paid to tow it to Kendall Auto Repair.  It took them a day to diagnos that it needed a fuel pump.  After several days passed they finally got the correct pump after getting the wrong one.  The price was triple the cost of the price of the OEM version but it was only aftermarket.  They installed a new battery, but one was not needed or requested for almost $200.00.  They over charged for the labor.  The job according to the book should have taken 0.7 hours.  I was charged for over 1.5 hours.  They also added a $99.99 towing charge to the bill (State Farm took care of that).  

Since the bill was way more than the agreed upon price, I couldn't pick it up until payday (and additional 4 days past the day they said that the work was finished).  When I picked it up they added an additional $21.76 to the previously declared cost.  It was apparent after driving the car for 30 seconds that the fuel pump was pumping fuel but, something was drastically wrong with the transmission or computer or something else.  I brought it back to the shop within an hour and I was given the answer that I could bring it back later for repair because they didn't have time to fix it now and that it would cost more money.  I was also told that I could not have the old fuel pump.
