Kendall Eye Center Unprofessional very poor service Miami Florida

I had just retruned from a trip.  It was a Saturday (March 4) and my eye was in a lot of pain.  I called around and was finally able to get a "Medical Appointment" at Kendall Eye Center, which cost me $125.00.  I agreed as I was desperate.  I saw Doctor Espinoza at 2pm.  I had a terrible eye infection and she was going to be calling in a prescription for me.

At 5pm still in major pain, I called my pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready, I was told nothing had been called in.  At 10pm I physically went to the pharmacy and again asked.  They checked, faxes, voicemail and my record and again found no prescription. I also checked again on Sunday just in case they had somehow missed it.  Needless to say I had a rough weekend of pain.

On Monday morning (March 6) I called Dr Espinoza's office at 10am which is when they open.  I was told that she was in a conference and she would call the prescription in when she could.  I also asked to confirm she had actually called the prescription and at what time so I could then fight the pharmacy.  At 3:30pm I got a call the prescription was finally called in.  Again I asked for proof the phone call was made and the receptionist told me she would talk to the Doctor.  I got no response all week.

On Tuesday March 14 I received a call from "Edgar" to confirm my follow up appointment which was scheduled for the next day.  I told him that I had no interest in going to the appointment until I heard back from the Doctor regarding the prescription that never made it to the pharmacy on March 4.  He told me I would receive a call back.

On Wednesday March 15 I receive a call from the receptionist asking "where I am". Obviously Edgar had not passed along any information from our phone call, it was like I never talked to him. By this point I am furious and just want to talk to the Doctor not the incompetent office staff.  I did not receive a call back until Friday, March 17,  from the receptionist, not the Doctor,  telling me the Doctor had made the phone call at 7pm and that was all the proof I was going to get.

I still have not received a call back from the Doctor.  I have never received such horrible service from any Doctors office.  Whether she called the prescription or not the fact that she even waited until 7pm, 5 hours after my appointment is unaccptable when I was in a lot of pain and then I had to wait until 3:30pm on Monday.  Just out of  common coutesy she should have called me back.

The Doctor is extremely unprofessional and her staff is rude and unhelpful.  Do not go to this office if you have any kind of issue.
