Kendra's Boutique( Hair Weave) Kendra's Boutique sold me bad hair that sheds and tangles! The hair is Garbage! Little Rock Arkansas

I recently purchased 4 bundles of the 28 inch straight hair and the hair sheds and it tangles very bad. I had my hair installed by a professional hair dresser and she did not cut the wefts nor was the hair colored. It has been 2 weeks that I have had this hair and it continues to shed and tangle. I have read and followed Kendra's instructions on how to care for the hair, but, the hair won't stop shedding and  can't even run my fingers through the hair because the hair is garbage!

I wasted my hard earned money on this trash and she uses celebrities like Blac Chyna to lore customers in. Ladies, Don't Waste your Money on this trash. Its beauty supply hair! I want a FULL REFUND!!!!!! I am so upset that I wasted my money. I tried to contact Kendra's customer service to request a refund, but, they are not open. I will never purchase hair from this place ever again! This company is a scam and they mislead customers! Do not buy from this company!!!!!
