the college says you get a full refund if you drop a class or are disatisfied for any reason but this is not true.

i have been trying to get a refund of 1,789 dollars which i paid with my debit card for classes for my daughter but the registrar changes what he says, changes his phone number, then says does not remember talking to me or my daughter! this was summer semester and now we are even finished winter and still no refund! she had to drop classes due to an illness and even had documentation which at first they would not accept then finally said she could drop the classes and get a full refund. they will not answer my calls or emails nor my daughters emails or even see her in the office. when she shows up they make her wait almost an hour then tell her to come back tomorrow or next week. they tell her they dont remember having a conversation about a refund. they say we can not get my (her mom) money back cuz it will go to financial aid. they tell me it will be in the mail in a few days numerous times. this has been going on months now! they keep telling me to talk to a different person who then sends me back to the registrar and agin and again! i am on disability and only get 721.00 a month! i can not walk without a walker and went into the office twice and was made to wait one hour and 20 minutes only to be told come back another day! please get my money back! she did not go to the clases and was dropped since she got sick and was sick two months! i need my money! how can they look at me in my condition and even talk to me and me explain i make 721.00 a month and treat me this way? what a rip off to a poor disabled 51 year old woman! and her 21 year old daughter who speaks seven languages and is trying so hard! we deserve to get my money back! thank you very much! randy please help get my refund! thanks, stacy r
