We purchased a condo from Mr Clark in July 2011 and due to unforseen circumstances, we had to put it back on the market a few months later.  This is when we discovered that we had substantially over-paid for the property as we received $10,000 kless than what we had initially paid (not even taking into account the approcimate $10,000 worth of renovations we had done).

When we retained Mr Clark as our REaltor, we expected him to work on our behalf.  Yet to our knowledg, he never viewed the property, nor did he discuss how much we should reasonalbe offer, based on other solds in the building.

The whole point of having a Realtor is to protect the clients' interests and in this instance we feel that this was certainly not the case.
