GREEN - A STATE CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR, DEVELOPER AND HOME BUILDER, HIS HOME IS LOCATED AT (((REDACTED))), IN THE TOWN OF CALLAHAN, IN NASSAU COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN THE USA AND KENNETH L. GREEN CONTRACTOR, LLC - A RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTING COMPANY, DEVELOPER AND HOME BUILDER, HIS OFFICE LOCATED AT 54221 EVERGREENE TRAIL, IN CALLAHAN, IN NASSAU COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN THE USA HAS JUST RECENTLY COMPLETED REPAIRS TO BETTY AND PAUL BROWN'S DRAIN FIELD AND HAS DONE THE REPAIRS WITHOUT SUBMITTING CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND SPECS TO NASSAU COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT AND HAVE COMPLETED SUCH CONSTRUCTION RELATED WORK WITHOUT FIRST OBATAINING ANY CONSTRUCTION PERMITS FOR ANY/ALL OF THE REPAIR WORK.

BETTY BROWN'S DAUGHTER VISITED THE NASSAU COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT IN THE TOWN OF YULEE, IN NASSAU COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, IN THE USA IN 2015 AND MET WITH MR. MICAHEL GRIFFIN, CBO, CFM AND THE NASSAU COUNTY BUILDING DEPATMENT'S BUILDING OFFICIAL. BETTY BROWN'S DAUGHTER MET WITH MR. MICHAEL GRIFFIN IN HIS OFFICE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AND MADE A VERBAL COMPLAINT TO MR. MICAHEL GRIFFIN AT THAT TIME AND MR. MICAHEL GRIFFIN STATED THAT HE CANT DO ANYTHING TO HELP BETTY BROWN, THAT THE ISSUE WAS A CIVIL MATTER.

SINCE 2015, BETTY BROWN AND FAMILY MEMBERS BEGAN THEIR OWN RESEARCH/INVESTIGATION AND DISCOVERED THE FOLLOWING STATE STATUTE:

Title XXXII - REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS, Chapter 489 – CONTRACTING 489.127 Prohibitions; penalties. (1) No person shall: (h) Commence or perform work for which a building permit is required pursuant to part IV of chapter 553 without such building permit being in effect; or

Mr. Kenneth L. Greene, Mr. Matt Canepa, an Environmental Scientist, from Onsite Environmental Consulting LLC  came out to the Brown's/Griffin's real property located at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, USA to inpesct the Brown's/Griffin's real property for any signs of Wetlands/Buffers.

They did-in-fact discover evidence that the wetlands/buffers on the the Brown's/Griffin's real property located at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, USA, had been disturbed, destroyed and cleared.  

Mr. Kenneth L. Greene, it is against Florida Law and Federal Law to disturb, destroy and/or clear Florida Wetlands/Buffers.   Notice: Kenneth L. Greene, you are hereby given notice that you have illegally constructed three (3) on-site sewer systems in the wetlands/buffers on the the Brown's/Griffin's real property located at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, USA.

Greene, you were paid over Two Hundred, Twenty Thousand Dollars U.S. by the Brown and Griffin Families to construct a 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath to be constructed at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, per any/all the State of Florida's Building Codes, Ordinances and Laws

  Mr. Kenneth L. Greene, you have defrauded the Brown and Griffin Families by sellling them a property that has Three (3) illegally constructed On-Site Drain Fields in the Wetlands/Buffers that are located on the property located at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, USA.  

Mr. Kenneth L. Greene, you have defrauded the Brown and Griffin Families by taking their Two Hundred, Twenty Thousand Dollars U.S. to construct a 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath located on the property located at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, USA.

according to Florida Building Code and the Nassau County Building Department, you built them a 4 Bedroom 2.6 Bath Home.   Mr. Kenneth L. Greene, you have knowingly defrauded the Brown and Griffin Families according to your own confrssion to the Nassau County Authorities, you had no intention of obtaining the proper construction related permits because you were trying to save money by taking shoet cuts, short cuts that are illegal according to the State of Florida.

Greene, I, Allen Kinman, promise you, I have spent my past time, I am currently spending my time and I shall continue to spend the rest of my time here on Earth telling anyone and everyone that will listen until you are prosecuted for the crimes that you have committed against the Brown and Griffin Families in relation to the property located at (((REDACTED))), also known as lot (((REDACTED))). in Clear Lake Estates, in Nassau County, Florida, USA.

Once again Kenneth Greene is telling Lies!

Kenneth Greene is a Liar and a Thief, according to Florida State Statute Title XXXII REGULATION OF PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS, CHAPTER 489 CONTRACTING 489.129

(1) The board may take any of the following actions against any certificateholder or registrant: place on probation or reprimand the licensee, revoke, suspend, or deny the issuance or renewal of the certificate or registration, require financial restitution to a consumer for financial harm directly related to a violation of a provision of this part, impose an administrative fine not to exceed $10,000 per violation, require continuing education, or assess costs associated with investigation and prosecution, if the contractor, financially responsible officer, or business organization for which the contractor is a primary qualifying agent, a financially responsible officer, or a secondary qualifying agent responsible under s. 489.1195 is found guilty of any of the following acts:

(j) Abandoning a construction project in which the contractor is engaged or under contract as a contractor. A project may be presumed abandoned after 90 days if the contractor terminates the project without just cause or without proper notification to the owner, including the reason for termination, or fails to perform work without just cause for 90 consecutive days.   (o) Proceeding on any job without obtaining applicable local building department permits and inspections.   (2) If a registrant or certificateholder disciplined under subsection (1) is a qualifying agent or financially responsible officer for a business organization and the violation was performed in connection with a construction project undertaken by that business organization, the board may impose an additional administrative fine not to exceed $5,000 per violation against the business organization or against any partner, officer, director, trustee, or member if such person participated in the violation or knew or should have known of the violation and failed to take reasonable corrective action.   There are many many more State Statutes that show Mr. Kenneth Greene has broken many Laws.   If anyone would like a copy of the email received from Mr. Griffin of the Nassau Building Department stating that Kenneth Greene had admitted doing construction work without permit (breaking the law) and the evidence to show that Ken Greene abandoned the construction project for a period longer than 90 days, please contact me and I will ahppily share the evidence with you.    I have a few questions for the authorities; Mr. Griffin - Nassau County Building Department, Mr.Godwin - The Nassau County Health Department and the Florida Department of Buisness and Professional Regulation when are any of you going to prosecute Kenneth Greene for Breaking the Laws of the State of Florida?   Is there a conspiracy to cover-up Kenneth Greenes Crimes?   Call you City, County and State Officials and ask what the heck is going on? How does Kenneth Greene continue to get away with breaking the laws?

Yes,  many many people know you.  You built my cousins house and would become highly upset if he came to the construction site,  my guess is you didnt want him to see your subpar work, and yes he now has a cracked foundation.  did you disclose to the buyers of the houses you built in phase 2 that backs up to Ogilvie Rd how much you built up the property and in 5 years when the ground settles they too will have cracked foundations. 

Another friends house you built had issues and you told him he had to call the subcontractors his self.  Im no contractor but I would think when you are the cotractor you should handle any issues with subcontractors not the homeowner.  I have lived in Callahn over 30 years  and everytime you name is mentioned its nothing good.  You should be a shame the way you do business..I'll pray for the poor homeowners who have you as their contractor.

They are busted. It was a scheme to extort money from my company and me. Both Kinman and Mrs. Brown are involved. They made 3 attempts. All failed  This artical that Kinman posted was my punishment for not paying the first one. He is a fool and coned Brown into his scheme putting her a risk of prison.

To anyone who may be concerned:

I am Ken Greene the Managing Member of Kenneth L. Greene Contractor LLC.  Before you judge me or the company, the company has made every possible effort to correct the issue with this home, sparing no reasonable expense.  In regard to his statement, the attacks on the others are completely ridiculous.  None of these respected officials are corrupt in any way either.  They are simply doing their job.

The company, with the approval of Mrs. Brown's daughter April, who at the time was in fact acting as their agent, did not pull a $54.00 permit to add non-load bearing walls and a shower to an existing bathroom.  I'm paying the fines for it and it will never happen again.  The company is even paying to increase the size of the drain field.  This will cost the Browns nothing at all.  The permits are ready for pick up except Allen Kinman will not let Mrs. Brown sign them.  Kinman stops any progress for a "known" reason.  Mr. and Mrs. Brown have been very happy with their home until this guy came along. 

This Kinman character has invaded their home and come between them causing them to file for divorce, according to Mr. Brown.  Allen Lloyd Kinman has been in and out of jail for many schemes and his bad behavior.  According to Mr. Brown, he is just a loser that is mooching off his family with no desire to work or contribute.  According to Mr. Brown, who is 72 years old, Allen Lloyd Kinman has made multiple threats of violence against him.  Now that Mr. Brown has been thrown out of his own home that he spent his life savings on, I wonder what kind of mistreatment Mrs. Brown is going through without her husband there to protect her.  It must be horrible for her.

The additional work that was done to the home was for them.  The company raised the garage floor, replaced the sidewalk, added a shower to an existing bathroom, added some non-load bearing petition walls and a door at a cost to the company of over $8,000.  My point is that the company only charged the Browns $3,000.  This was because I felt they needed help for their handicapped grandson who lives with them.

Mrs. Brown did not write this letter and/or article.  It was Kinman.  Mr. Brown has not seen it and is not a part of it.

I am likely the most well-known builder in the area and though you cannot please everyone, I have come as close as you can get.  If you are from here, you know who I am and you likely either live in one of the homes that I have built or you know people who do.  So you know I'm a better person than this jerk is trying to make me out to be.

Lastly, if you are wondering if what I'm saying is true, you can just look him up.  There is plenty to see.  WOW!! What a loser!! He has been all over the country cheating people according to what is online.  He once claimed that he and a partner wanted to buy my company, yet they had no money.
