Pool King - Kenneth Lanni And Steven Lanni Kenneth Lanni and Pool King - Ripoff Fraud Houston Texas

We contracted with Pool King in August 2006. Although, we got further than many others, we are still having problems. Our pool is finished and we are swimming in it, but the pool leaks. Our backyard stays wet all the time. The hot tub jets don't work. We are missing 2 pieces of equipment that we paid for. The sheer descents don't work properly among many other issues we are having. My reason for filling this report is to let you know that the District of Attorney of Harris County, Charles Rosenthal, is looking into Pool King. If you have not been contacted by the DA, contact them! Elizabeth Whittington is the person who contacted us from the the Consumer Fraud division. When I spoke with them a few weeks ago she said they are gathering information to determine if they have a case. I think the more pressure we put on the DA to pursue this, the better for those of us who have been taken by these people. I would much rather see Kenny and Steve Lanni in jail than recoup my losses.
