 That's right... Jeremiah "Froggy" Wayne Knowles is in jail again. Busted almost 9 month to the date of his last arrest, for the exact same 2 charges.

My dog is smart enough to learn from its own mistakes. Guess that standard is a bit high for a "Froggy".

Let's get some facts straight, for the benefit of SeaHag... aka Patti Parker... a compatriot of Kenneth LEslie Carson, who participated in the garage-dwelling incident with her former comrade Ken Carson:

"the internets" are a complex thing for semi-literates like you, who pal up to toothless old cruds that exploit the kindness and compassion that afforded to your little cabal by better people (Starbacks). Have someone explain "portal", and the concept of "consumer advocacy" to you, Patti. Better yet, enroll in a few adult ed. courses so that you might understand simple concepts without demanding answers from inanimate objects like consumer advocate websites that clearly list their mission statement which already answers any slopeheaded question you might have regarding their (not there) services.

Seeing as how your names were never mentioned by me, except as listed in the background report of Kenneth Leslie Carson, I fail to see how you are humiliated. In fact, the only one who connected you with Kenneth Leslie Carson and his undisputed "wrongful detainer" scam has been YOU. You, Patti Parker, in this very posting, have not only connected yourself (not your self) to Kenneth Leslie Carson, but you have also gone on record DEFENDING the aforementioned scam. "First falsity" nonsense - The person posting this complaint clearly posted the evidence. The records are clearly posted. They come from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, and from Kenneth Carson's background report. They trace right back to Ken Carson and his former associates and family. The BIRTHDATES between Kenneth Carson in Ukiah and Kenneth Carson of Oklahoma... they match. It is the SAME INDIVIDUAL. Both crimes show that he was CONVICTED. Both crimes show that his case was assigned to the OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. So, where is the "falsity"? Whether he served his time in the County Jail, or on house arrest, he was a convict assigned to the OK Dept. of Corrections (aka prison system).

That's right. Jeremiah Knowles.... we now have his name. Jeremiah Knowles the rat can be found in the 28Jan12 page of the Mendocino County Sheriff's booking logs, readily available to anyone who can do the google.

Jeremiah is known on the street as "Bullfrog". He is a proud alcoholic and cites this fact repeatedly. He threatens women and elderly men, and when confronted by men who are not threatened in the least by an alcoholic loser who participates in Unlawful Detainer scams to live in an old leaky cold garage, he runs for safety and CALLS THE POLICE to save him.



That's right, Jeremiah is a NARC. He violates the "criminal code" and is probably the most frequent caller to the Ukiah Police Department in recent memory. When he isn't calling, he has others call on his behalf, including his female friend/accomplice that lives in an apartment behind the garage. This same woman has trained her juvenile son to wear hoodies when committing crimes, and to avoid facing cameras when the crimes are being documented. This same woman (Nicole Ibarra) then uses her son as a weapon to attack those who dare stand up to Jeremiah. Recently, twice, she has called the police to report that "someone" was taking pictures of her son, implying that her juvenile son is being stalked by pedophiles when in fact on one occasion a crime was being documented and, on the second occasion, neither her nor her son were even present. Nicole Ibarra knew damned well why the pictures were being taken of the bikes, since it was directly explained to her. Knowing this, she still called the UPD to complain that someone was stalking her child. Turds of a feather flock together. The UPD determined that pictures were being taken to document "property damage"; in other words, the UPD knows the scam. This is the caliber of people involved in the Unlawful Detainer scam. They would use a juvenile as a weapon, and also to move many of the 20 or more bikes that were stored in the garage. Real nice.

Yesterday, 29Nov12, I became aware that the City's building cide enforcement dregs visited the scene of the crime. Previously, the Fire Department and Police had visited Ken Carson and his merry band of criminals. They noted the illegal construction and hazards. Both the police and the Fire Department were very sympathetic to the victims; the people who rented the garage as storage space to Ken Carson. So... the illegal construction info was then passed to the City's building code enforcement folks, who then sent out one of their bottomfeeders to get to the bottom of it all. He met with the business owners and heard the story of how Ken Carson and crew had hijacked their storage space and turned it into apartments that Ken was then renting to assorted meth scum. He saw the scene of the crime.

He then concluded that it was the business owner's fault because, and I quote, they "should have known" exactly what Ken Carson had in mind and exactly what Ken Carson would do once he was allowed to rent storage space. In other words, the City of Ukiah, through their representative, has basically stated that it was the woman's fault that she was raped because she entered the bar wearing suggestive clothing and she should have known that the men in the bar would have raped her. That is EXACTLY the same thing. It didn't stop there. Now, the City of Ukiah... according to this dreg, intends to PUNISH the business owner by citing her landlord for the illegal construction because, well, the business owner should have known... and of course, the landlord should have known, etcetera.

Later that same day, I spoke to Tom Taylor, the PIG-IN-CHARGE of illegal camping issues at the Ukiah Police Department. That's right, PIG. A police officer would protect and serve. Tom is no police officer. Tom Taylor reiterated the retarded and MORALLY DEFICIENT "blame the woman for being raped" argument. Basically, he let me know that someone had to be held responsible. He knows that Ken Carson and crew have no money, so holding them responsible would be rather pointless. It is about MONEY... not about right and wrong, or punishing those who did wrong. It is about exploiting the situation for what it is worth... and that means going after the elderly owner of the building, who had no idea at all that any of this was going on. Screw her. Perhaps she will have a heart attack and the city can get the money a little easier. I let him know that I have advised the business owner to sell of her property, close her business, and to move out of the County. I certainly intend to move at the earliest opportunity.

Every other Ukiah California business owner, or prospective business owner should understand that this is what they can expect from their city government. The City of Ukiah and Mendocino County are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for massive infux of crud, like Ken Carson. They are attracted to the City and County because of its liberal DOPE POLICIES. So, using the city's own warped logic, the City of Ukiah and Mendocino County should have known that their liberal dope policies would have resulted in the attack on many, including these specific business owners, by frauds like Ken Carson.

The City should cite itself, because the City bears far more responsibility for this specific problem, and problems just like this that are impacting the good, honest citizens and BUSINESS OWNERS in this City and County. I will certainly watch the Ukiah Daily Journal for notices and reports of businesses considering moves to this County and City; I fully intend to let them know exactly what to expect from this DOPE CITY and DOPE COUNTY. If I were considering moving my business into this City/County, I would most definitely want to know that the City/County coddles and protects the criminal dregs while punishing the business owner victims. 

This isn't the first time that the City of Ukiah and Mendocino County has protected drug dregs that have caused injury to this specific business owner. A few years back, other meth heads targeted the business. They broke in, stole everything that wasn't nailed down, and destroyed everything they could not steal. This is no exaggeration. The bungling City cops who showed up did little. They did talk to one of the perpetrators, and promptly tell him to get on his way. Yours truly managed to track down the guy as he moved the stolen goods. The meth head attacked me with a baseball bat.

The business owner had to call the cops back out, and they found me about 6 blocks away still chasing the guy. The cops were pissed that they had to come back and deal with it. They gave ME an attitude. They  managed to arrest the guy... somehow. At the court hearing, the perpetrator... a relative of the County's voter registrar, claimed that he had a "drug problem" (no kidding), and that pretty much was that. Destroy a store. Wipe out a family's income. Attack a crippled man with a baseball bat... here's your "get out of jail free card", courtesy of the cruds in charge of Ukiah, and Mendocino County.

I fully intend to post material at available bulletin boards and online, to let the army of meth heads that wander the streets know that, in the City of Ukiah, they are well protected and defended by the City should they wrongfully seize control of someone's property and set up a camp. They can literally camp for months and months, exploiting the shelter and electricity... and the City will make sure that they are not interfered with, as the City seeks out those with MONEY to hold accountable. I will certainly let Ukiah's favorite sons know exactly how Ken Carson managed his con job. Let's see how the City likes dealing with the army of meth heads that they have attracted via their liberal drug policies, duplicating Ken Carson's con all over the city.

Today, I received an email stating that Ken Carson is going to be arrested for fraud, forging checks of one of the women that were illegally camped with him, according to another that had been camping there too. Apparently, they packed their crap up today, and are fleeing. That's right... fleeing. I wouldn't expect Tom Taylor to have run a background check on Ken Leslie Carson, to see that he was previously convicted of fraud. Tom is far too busy blaming others because they weren't born psychic.
