Kenneth S Nugent Attorney False Advertisement and Fraud Internet

I was in a car accident on 8/13/12 and contacted Atty Ken S Nugent. I
went to several doctors and appts and out of no where my case was
dropped 9/21.

I went to several doctors and endless appts and my daughter was in a cast for 3 weeks and has seen 5 different doctors since she had a broken elbow. I also had the same amount of doctors and spent time, money, gas and prescriptions for me and my 2 daughters ages 6 and 10.  They immediately sent out an investigator on Thursday, Aug 13th and they took all my info including my car insurance info, social security card for me and my kids and anything else they requested.

On Friday, Sept 21 after seeing a 5th doctor and faxed an MRI consent to them, my case was dropped for no apparent reason. I was working with a paralegal named LGallof and the attorney she worked with Christopher J. Adams. They have put me and my 2 daughter through so much pain and suffering and when I see the commercial One Call..that's All, they should say One Call...Screw All!!.

We are human beings and not a case number and had several breakdowns including my daughter who had to wear a cast for 3 wks. She missed a lot of school and has had repeated tardies due to appts to get x-rays at several clinics and hospital. I had asked what the case was worth from the beginning and kept every receipt from gas and prescriptions as they instructed me to. I signed a contract to have them represent me and now this is leaving me with more sleepless nights since I was not the one who caused the accident. I was at a red light on the I-85 NB Jimmy Carter Blvd ramp and out of no where was hit from behind. Gwinnett County Police and EMT where on site and my oldest daughter just turned 10 two days before the accident, we have not been the same. And when I told her the lawyer dropped the case, she said WHY??????!!!!!!!! We have been through so much stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD from the accident and now with the lawyer dropping our case, this is not the kind of lawyer that needs to be in practice and in my opinion is fraudulent and needs to be disbarred. He needs to be sued for false advertisement and getting misled by his office of lawyers and paralegals who tell you to go to all their referrals then they drop you once you've racked up all these hospital bills. My daughters had to go the ER at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta/Scottish Rite and I was sent to Northside Hospital ER for myself. That bill alone is over $1,000. And they also had me go to Gwinnett Back and Neck for Physical Therapy and Adjustments since I was suffering from whiplash to my back. The office visits there were $200 each and I went at least 10 to 15 times. For all the bills for me and my daughters plus pain and suffering, they need to pay us some type of settlement or they need to get sued or lose their lawyers license. They need to be put on notice that they cannot treat people inhumanly when their lives where changed in an instance due to someone else recklessness and crashing into a car with innocent people and kids. My daughter told me even when they cast gets off, she will never forget the 2 guys who caused the car accident and will be traumatized for life!! I have reported them to BBB.org and State Bar of GA on 10/10/12. Do not call this attorney unless you've been in a severe trucking accident cause that's all his current commercials are these days. He thinks he the king of of Atlanta...well God is about to kick you off your throne of greed!
