On Feb 21 2007 steven lanni and crew arrived to escavate the pool, in the event they ripped out all my bushes,cable lines and broke the drain pipe for the sinks and showers in the house not to mention my fence. they destroyed my lawn and left the drain pipe going through the pool. at this point i had to make a payment of $8,500 for escavation. then they returned a few days later minus the pool contractors just the crew at 7am.
they rebarred and cemented leaving the pipe through the pool anther similar payment was due.

afterwards i had to water the pool for 14 days before they did the copeing. on march 19, 2007 the crew came to put the flagstone around the pool. Al a person working for Ken Lanni arrived to check out the job and receive a 3rd payment for the pumps, waterfall, deck ect. they were supposed to be back the next day no show! and I havent seen anyone since now its aug 1, 2007.

i received a call from Ken Lanni around two weeks ago telling me he is sorry that he has not forgot about me but his daughter was rapped and murdered. and then he went out of business.
