Kensington Assistance Agency Single mother looking for grants gets ripped off ripoff New York New York

I did as everyone else did. I recieved the green card and called. It sounded like a good idea, one of my friends recevied grant assistance so I thought I could too. I called the number and gave them all my information. They told me that I should receive my packet of information after they recieved the 300.00 dollars that they were taking out of my bank account.
I had a specific time they were to withdraw this amount but had taken it out earlier. I had talked with the customer service people about the process and they kept giving me different time frames and the story began to change.

This all happened in a matter of three days.
I started to get curious of the whole deal and when I started to ask about a refund they told me to return everything in the packet and the money would be reunded no questions asked. Two weeks later I received my packet and returned everything. But I didn't get my refund.

I tried to call them but the number was not a working number any more. I tried to get my bank to reverse the charge and I had told them everything that happened. That is when they told me to file this report. I also filed a police report and trying to get one filed in New York, if they are they somewhere.

I had called one of the police stations in New York and they referred me to Manhattan Police, I gave them them the address and the could not find anything for this listing. So I am looking for anything to get my money back. I am a single mother with two kids and $300.00 is a lot of money. I just want my money back and these people to pay!
