Last Saturday 8/30/03 when gas prices were at their highest here in California,my girlfriend filled up an almost empty tank, at this gas station.
After a few miles of driving the 2003 Honda Civic began running real rough and spewing out black smoke knocking, and barely idleing. She always uses Cheveron and has never had any problems. It may cost over $800 to have gas removed and system cleaned.
If you have had a like situation with their gasoline please post here, so we can contact them as a group.
The station is on the Kenny Rogers Barona Casino property
and both are run by the Barona Indian Tribe. Their response to our calls to the casino, were "we have nothing to do with the gas station."
We will be pursueing this matter further but need to know if any one else had a similar situation. PLEASE POST

I don't know what happened to your car and was sorry to hear about your inconviniance. But I thought that you should know that first of all Kenny Rodgers is ONLY the spokesman for the commercials for BARONA VALLEY RANCH RESORT & CASINO
But Kenny Rodgers doesn't own any part of the Casino or Tribe. Also, the person(s) who told you that the Casino & Resort have nothing to do with the gas station is 100% correct. It is Barona Gas Station, not Barona Casino Gas Station. I hope that you enjoyed your stay otherwise!!
