Kenny Sarosi BHNV Realty Builders 1620 Maeder Ave Corp South St Marks Corp Flipped Home didn’t complete contractual punch list $30k Bellmore New York

I purchased a new home from Kenny Sarosi (516-360-5161) of BHNV Realty Builders. We closed in July and he has yet to complete the punch list he is financially obligated to do so (approximately $30k) by end of August. I have sent numerous emails, phone calls and texts- his lawyer always gave some excuse. He does a ton of work in the Wantagh, Merrick, Bellmore, Seaford area flipping homes. Every time he buys a new property it goes under a new LLC. He also uses subtractors and doesn’t hold a license. At this point I’ve hired a new contractor to complete the work- some basic things like broken windows, our front double doors were installed incorrectly and have a gap letting air in. All of this was brought to Kenny’s attention numerous times. I filed a complaint with Nassau County Consumer Affairs as well. I want to save someone else our heart ache.
