This guy is a complete FRAUD! He spams your Elance ads with the perfect design, quick comminication just to give him job. Then once he is accepted and interviewed - seems that he has no issues helping out. Then, once its time to do the job - he vanishes. On Skype he is online, but refuses to respond to any type of request if he is going to work or not. Supposedly, he has church and he cant work on the weekend. Once hired on Monday, which is not the church day anymore - he "is about to work", but by the end of the day - silence. After bombarding the Skype - he says, he does not want to work, because he "got hired" by someone else as well - what a coincidence. Yet, on Elance there are no pending tasks, and he has more than enough time to talk. Well, I would not call it talk, more like b.s.
He already knew how time sensitive is the issue. So entire week got wasted. Stay away from this crook. He does not mind wasting anyones time, and powedering sugar on the chat programs.
