I replied to a post card stating I was a possible qualifier for a government grant of $5,000.
On December 3, 2005, I paid their fee of $299.95. I was told that if at least $5,000 was not available to me in grant monies, my $299.95 would be refunded.
I called the company on December 22 to check on the status of my grant package. I was told I should receive the information by Friday, December 30.
I have not received anything and after checking on the web under scam information, I know that I will not receive anything.

I am Rick Goldstein, President of Kensington Consulting Group, Inc. www.kensington-group.com. We are based in Annapolis Maryland. Many people have contacted us concerned about postcards they received, requests for money, or funds removed from their accounts.
Whoever is sending postcards (check http://www.kensingtonconsult.com)and defrauding consumers is using our company name. We are management consultants with no connection to this scam. If you live in Maryland or Virginia and have received a postcard, please contact us to assist us in taking legal action. If you have been defrauded, please contact FBI or your state Attorney General. Lets shut these guys down
Adam Solomon from the law firm of The Lustigman Firm, offices in New York and New Jersey, 201 664-2546 has sent me a letter claiming to represent this firm. If you wish to take legal action I can fax you the letter so you can contact them
