I had Kent Aitchison come to value my house in Bankstown, Sydney. The communication and interaction with Kent over the phone was great, even the valuation and report he did was timely and quickly. What I subsequently discovered was that he got the number of my disabled adult daughter whilst there, and SMS and called her multiple times in an attempt to get her to go out on a date with him.

I personally contacted him and told him to stop, which he did immediately, however, two weeks later I find out from his facebook profile that the guy was already engaged to a Thai mail order bride.
