My granddaughter was overheard telling someone that "Sometimes the stress I feel at this place makes me feel like quitting."  She was then reported to the owner of the place and was told that if she felt that way she was going to be fired.  She was also told that if she was going to be paid for the hours that she worked she needs to go in tomorrow and sign a paper.  Now this is the same KFC which has been known to run out of chicken and sometimes has several associates behind the counter ignoring waiting customers.   Yesterday a customer told her that all associates who work for KFC need to know Spanish.  I currently  evaluate customer service and this young lady gives excellent customer service including upsells.  The others do not.  I was also a manager for many years and have had fired several people in my time.  Never in my life have I seen a place run in the manner that this  kFC is run.

KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN EMPLOYEE : BRADLEY. HE IS THE NIGHT MANAGER AND THE CASHIER. THAT GAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BY LYING , THEFT AND DECEIT. We wanted the advertised: $20.00 fill up. With assorted pieces of chicken biscuits and sides. The night cashier. stated, The $20.00 fill up only has wings and legs. Although we went previously to another Kentucky Fried Chicken assorted chicken pieces are in the bucket. Night manager/ cashier, Bradley stated the 12 piece has assorted pieces of chicken. We heard him say the prices was: $30.07. This meal is suppose to come with some sides and six hot biscuits. As we were about to drive up to pay the Night Manager/ Cashier Bradley. he kept getting on the drive thru intercom. He kept sayin. We don't have this and that, but we can give you this for that, since we don't have that. We really never ordered the chicken bucket for : $30.07. So we had really no clue what Bradley was talking about. Are response. Calif. Penal Code: 26. Honest Mistake of Fact. He then came back on the out side drive through radio again. Employee, cashier and night manager , stated: He was out of three biscuits but can give this for that , since they are out of this for that. We then drove up to the cashier window. To pay Night Manager , Night Cashier, and Kentucky Fried Chicken Employee. We noticed he was in a very fast hurry. He very fast shoved every thing we were going to pay for in a very big bag. The time was: ( Only 9:29 P.M. ) the store closes at ( 11:00 P.M.) The date of this incident is: ( October 24, 2020 ). When we went to pay cashier Bradley. He changed his verbal promise. Of charging us: $30.07 to $37.70. This is a verbal breach of promise. Calif. Labor Code: 920 or 930. As we were helpless sitting in the car we did not see all the various chicken pieces we were paying for. We did not see any biscuits or butter. We drove home. When we went home. We opened the bucket of chicken. We were in complete shock. Hardly and backs and thighs. Hardly any legs. Very small pices REDLANDS CALIFORNIA
