Renters BEWARE of Plano Property Management...

This realtor company refuses to take care of pests problems and then charges you for it when the roaches were there when we moved in. They refused to anything about the problem. We had Orkin out there every month trying to get rid of the problem and when we moved out they charged us for it. We put down a $2800 deposit. They only acknowledged that we put down $2500. They then charged us for things that were wrong with the house when we moved in. For an example they painted shelves in closets that were a natural wood color originally. They also charged us for things like mold around the tub that we had their maintenance people come out fix (which they only covered up). They painted rooms that didn't need to be painted and claimed charged us for wiping down cabinets that I personally bleached and disinfected. There was also no grass in the back yard and they charged us for the lack of grass claiming it was our dogs. But again there was no grass to begin with and our dogs are inside dogs. Besides the fact that they have completely screwed us on our deposit. They don't answer their phones and when they do they won't deal with their tenants problems they simply hang up on you repetitively. We were even threaten that if we called one more time to check up on the deposit (which we only called 3 times in 30 days) that they were going to refuse to give us our deposit at all. I could go on forever with the crap they pulled. But to top the cake, when one of their employees left there company they sold ALL of their customer's credit information to various companies. They also like to call their customer's inappropriate names over the phone. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with and they're closer to scam artists than landlords. Renters beware of Plano Property Management and Keri M. Schuller. I've never had a probem with any landord in my past. This was definatly my worst experience and words can't describe the headaches
