Keurig Sent more items than ordered and unable to return because coffee is considered food Vermont

When I order from Keurig online they always send more items than ordered which can't be returned. I then ordered by phone and told them why I wasn't ordering on-line anymore. Their answer to that was not to allow mw to order from them anymore. Was never sent what I wanted to order in the first place.
