keurig.com offers loyalty points that it does not honor. it claims to give $70 off a brewer for each 1000 points accumulated but the brewer has been out of stock for months and each month they say next month. Internet

Keurig claims to give you $70 off a brewer when you have 1000 points. I have over 4000 points but they are out of stock on the particular brewer. They have been out of stock for months on this brewer. They keep saying they will have the brewer in a few weeks but now it has been months. I don't believe they plan to have the brewer. I have asked to get $70 off a different brewer but they refuse. It is bait and switch.

You pay higher prices and buy from them only thinking you will get a discount when you buy a new brewer, but that will really never happen. If they wanted to honor the loyalty system and the loyal customers they could easily give you $70 off another brewer but they refuse, claiming its days or weeks at most for the brewers. I have been more than patient and now realize that they will never honor this promotion. I have wasted my money with this company. There are other good companies that have better prices and loyalty programs.
