well hi to all that dont like kevin i did work at this firm and who ever post about kevin they are very wrong kevin use to jump at me but he only did it for thegood to teach me the right way to do the pest contol service as he did all the others .make sure all  your paper work was in order this is only one thing that kevin did he also train me for the 1 st place to go he treated me like he really likes people in his own way .well jerry leab is a real go getter to he is also kind to others feeling too they both are very good trainers .

i have to s ay i worked there for about 2 or more years and was never  mis treated along with there staff at this time .jerry place me as a teck and i use to tow his autos when they need it as i was a tow truck driver when i got hired there as of any job there are goods and bad points but here at this pest control services  lthey they really treat you with pride as a worker. so this is all i can say about a-alert pest control services and the others services they got 

My name is Greg, and I am the son of the owner of this company. I have known Kevin Connelly for the past fifteen years, and although I know Kevin can be verbally abusive (I have been the object of some of the abuse), the person who wrote this obviously dosen't know what Kevin is going through right now. Let me explain:

Kevin is an IMPORTANT part of my father's company. When my father nearly died back in July, Kevin was thrust into the position of running the company BY HIMSELF, and not with my father's help. Kevin was putting in (and still does if I remember right) 80+ hour weeks. Kevin is running the business the way my father wanted him to; it the way the business makes money.

I can understand missed appointments, family outings, etc. due to added work. It happened to me as well when I worked for Kevin and my father. But what this person dosen't understand is that you are not only getting overtime, but you're keeping your job safe, as the customer could have gone someplace else.

Although I have had arguments with Kevin over some petty stuff, Kevin is the best that there is out there. My father trusts him with his company. That says a lot, being that my dad wanted to make sure that the business would be around long after he was gone.

Kevin can make it happen. He may get angry and get a little too verbally abusive, but you have to look at the fatc he is doing a LOT more than he should be. Why he hasn't walked out the door is beyond me. But I can say for myself I am glad he hasn't.
