When confronted with the scam they will claim to have 'already' paid their affiliates and come back with a random $ number that they need immediately for their cash flow.
They have scammed many advertisers by bullying them into paying on the spot, and will continue seeking new victims.

Advertisers stay away! there are enough professional networks that will provide you valid stats, access to a tracking tool etc.
Kevin De Vincenzi their CEO claims to work with everyone in the industry but do get some references.

You do not need to go with the scum, they will only discredit you with quality affiliates.
