Kevin Dyevich Sleep Back And Beyond Aka Comfort Direct Nightmare! Fraud Liar Milltown New Jersey

Should of done my homework on this one. Financed this purchase through GE Money for $2150.00. Received the mattress; did not like the mattress and decided to return it within 3 weeks. (90 day trial period offer.)
Numerous phone calls and emails to the company to obtain a RA number. Kevin Dyevich was very rude and hung up on me when I called.

He is unprofessional and uncooperative. Never provided the RA number to me. He finally sent me an email with his home address to return the mattress to. Packaged the mattress up in its original heavy duty plastic sleeve; contacted a shipping company and returned the mattress.

Kevin Dyevich received and signed for the mattress.
Shortly thereafter received a letter from Sleep Back and Beyond that a "damaged mattress with a hole in it the size of a grapefruit was dropped off
at their return location."

I witnessed the mattress loaded onto the truck, secured with necessary belts and straps to keep it in place for the transport. I certainly did not return a damaged mattress with a fist size hole in it. And furthermore if that was the case, why in the world would Mr. Dyevich accept damaged merchandise?

He is lying. He is not a reputable businessman.
My account is presently in review with GE Money due to his fraudulent claim.

Have been dealing with this mess since May 2008.
