Kevin Gallagher owner of Utah Auto Sales has taken us for close to $40,000! In May 2008 we purchased an Escalade from him. We traded in my Explorer that was upside down with a loan payoff of $21,000. He sent a check to my bank for that amount knowing it would bounce, yet he told me "he was crossing his finger's that it would hit first". It didn't. He bounced the check.

One morning Mr. Kevin Gallagher woke up and decided to take everything on his lot to auction. Sell everything!, he said. Including my Explorer that he didn't have the title to. So, I now owe the original $21,000 plus the upside down $14,000 that was added to our new loan.

Kevin also promised to make our payments until he could secure a loan to pay off our car.

Long story short, he does nothing that he says he will BUT!!

Join me!!!!!!! I know there are more of you out there! I have consulted an attorney that says we can file a police report together!! Plus, I will file a subpeona for DMV records that show over 40 title issues with Utah Auto Sales. He said in numbers we can hold him accountable. Just my case alone is three charges. I want more! We may never be able to get him to pay for the damages to our family and credit, but he will be held accountable!

I did happen across his home address to serve all the law suits we can. He has a HUGE home, beautiful!!

Let me add that I never wanted it to come to this. When you meet this man, he just comes off so Christ like, the kind LDS guy down the street. I even offered to help him with his damage control when all this first started. I felt sorry for the guy. Now, I realize that he is not a man of his word. He has hurt my family severely and needs to be held accountable for his actions. Other's need to know his name and face, for this won't be his last business venture.
