After sending Kevin Hall, the Branch Manager of Skyline Home Loans 2 years of tax returns, investment accounts, bank accounts, and in addition to hundreds of other documents. Kevin Hall told me we were preliminary approved for the loan at 3.25%. Of course before we were to close Kevin Hall stated there was a Kevin Hall Mortgage Scam bait and switch at the last minute that would have cost me thousands in lost money. San Diego California

After sending Kevin Hall, the Branch Manager of Skyline Home Loans 2 years of tax returns, investment accounts, bank accounts, and in addition to hundreds of other documents. Kevin Hall told me we were preliminary approved for the loan at 3.25%.
Of course before we were to close Kevin Hall stated there was a "snag" just prior to close. They stated the could not do a loan for 3.25% and would only offer a loan with a rate of above 4%. I had been preapproved for the 3.25%. I ended up paying cash for the home.
I my opinion Kevin Hall and Skyline Home loans are crooks. This was is a classical bait and switch at the last minute that would have cost me thousands in lost money. Kevin Hall and his office lies.
I would never use this company. I do not believe this kevin or his whole office has the buyers interest at heart. Only how much they can can make you pay. Buyer beware. There are a lot of good mortgage companies, do not risk kevin Hall ripping you off.
