July 7, 2006 I agreed for Maggie Wasserman to promote and bring me buyers for my Timeshare located in the Resort of Bare Foot N the Keys at Old Town. Our agreement included a first payment by credit card of $399. An additional $300 would be owing upon sale of the Timeshare. Not one offer was submitted!
Unknowing, and being under a great deal of pressure to sell our Timeshare, I responded to a call from Mr. Kevin Hanlin, who was also a part of the sales team of Resales Buy Owner.com Inc. He too was very convincing that he could indeed bring us some offers in a timely fashon, and that we would indeed be surprised at the sales price. He fee for promoting our property was $300 with no additional fees required. They would pick up the fees until the property sold.

I paid Resales Buy Owner $600 to sell my Royal Elite timeshare. I called them on a monthly basis to follow up with the progress. My representative's name was Kim **. She even called me back a few times. However, my contract ends in June. I have called her countless times in the last month and left messages. No one will call me back at all. They were unsuccessful in selling my timeshare. I don't think they even tried. This is a scam and I highly suggest that you do not give them any money!
