I met Kevin Labonte in 5/29/11 when my lease expired at the old house I was renting. I found his ad on line and set up an appointment to meet with him about renting one of the properties he's in charge of. he was a nice person upon meeting and he did not charge me for the rental application. the security deposit was 900.00 of which I was assured if I left the place in the same condition as move in, I would get back. I only stayed there a year as quite frankly the place was falling apart, while it looked nice on the outside the house was sitting for a few years and their was a lot of structural damages inside. this man stole my security deposit, once he found out I did no longer want to rent from him, he stopped answering my calls and had his wife texting me all manner of foolery. I have over 20 pictures of the house I took to show the condition I left it in, he refused to give me my entire security deposit back, claiming damages which did not exist. of the 900.00 he only gave me back 300.00.

he's a liar and a theif, he rents these properties to people who are on section 8 or who he knows he can scam. he kept my security deposit because as a single mom with children, relocating to another state he knew I would not have the time to keep going back and forth, with children in school to fight him for my money.  he rents house with barely working appliances the stove I had had been there since the house was first built and was rusted out, the back deck was falling apart as well as the steps in front.

I curse Kevin Labonte and his entire bloodline, may they live in poverty, sickness and calamity for the rest of their miserable days on this planet, his greed and theft of my money will curse him and every member of his family. as the stole from me, so will they lose everything they have gotten Ase!! do not rent from this dishonest theif he will be nice till you inform him of your request to not resign with him and the  you will see the other side of his true nature. he's stolen from me and my children and for that he will lose everything including his health.

I am truly sorry Ms.lewis was not happy about not receiving her full deposit back. I am one who trys very hard to keep both my tenants and my investors happy.

To answer her complaint ,Ms. lewis was given every oputunity to view the property before moving in and property passed an intensive govermant inspection prior to her move in. at which time Ms. lewis was very happy.

During her stay every problem reported was promptly addressed and taken care of. Including the ones Ms.lewis caused. Though she was required to pay for damages she caused .including trying to flush apple cores down toilet and trying to have my plumber lie to me about the cause of the problem.

unfortunetly when Ms. lewis gave notice she was moving out of state due to the cost of living in Ga. she instantly started to demand her deposit back. When informed it would be pending on the condition of property she became enraged and informed me she was a "witch" and would place a curse on me if she did not receive a full refund at which time I discontinued any contact with her and my wife never had any contact with her.I guess this complaint is her curse.

upon inspection of property after Ms.Lewis moved out I found scribblings from her chilldren over every wall extreme grease splatters and other uknown substances splatterd over the entire house ,Missing toilet tank lids and numerous other issues that were detailed in the letter I sent her.

In reality with the extremly poor condition that the property was left in I should not have even given the $300 back but as I said I try to keep everyone happy. Unfortunetly due to Ms Lewsi's obvious mental problems there is no chance with her.

I am in very good standing with the DCA and the workers there constantly recomend me to their clients as landlord. obviously you can't please everyone but I refuse to buckle to this attempt at extorsion.

You left the place trashed. If you are in Stone Mountain Ga. as you claim you could have easily took me to court I'm only one county away.

 1 Complaint out of over 500 current and previous tenants? GuessI'm doing something right.
