I had found my dream house and Kevin Mihm was the listing agent. My real estate agent sent over our offer and they respended with a counter. From there negotiations stopped. From my understanding from our realtor Kevin was extremely hard to work with and would not even give my agent the time of day even though our offer was within $15,000 of the counter offer on a 500,000 house that had already sat on the market for 9 months. So at this time we did not try to renegotiate. The sellers then did a big price drop so we once again went back and made a counter offer and our counter offer was never communicated to the sellers.

We know this because we spoke directly to the sellers. The sellers went on to drop Kevin Mihm from the listing and sold it for sale by owner. We later find out the the house was sold by owner to some random person who mailed a letter asking to buy it for what our offer was before they had a chance to list it for sale by owner. I am so sad that we lost our dream house basically because Kevin Mihm was not willing to work with us and give us the time of day. I would never recommend him. If he would have communicated our offer I would be sitting in my dream house, instead I sit here still searching.
