Fradulant Consulting firm renegs on service contract and stops returning phone calls once payment was made. Kevin Moloney and Pierre Beauchamps and Rob Ciccone are the masterminds behind one of the most fraudulant schemes in the consulting industry. Not only do they establish contractual agreements in the form of deliverables and sustainability services, but they promise all kinds of results from their work.

This team of con-artists took our small business for $6,500.00 all the while using delay tactics and excuses which ultimately lead to their relocation so that they could not be contacted.

We are currently filing legal documents to try and recoup our money and in an effort to warn the public of this scam, we are filing formal complaints with Rip Off Report and the Better Business Bureau.

We strongly advise anyone dealing with these people to reconsider their decision and research another firm who will perform their tasks with integrity and honesty.

They were referred by Martin Wilkens in Alberta and he is also unavailable for comment.

They have associated themselves with the McGill University, the Certified Professional Marketing Consultants and claim memberships with Sales and Marketing Executives International.

Some references they use to pursuade clients are Chevron, GE Capital Technologies Services, Great West Life, Re/Max, Telus and RBC to name just a few. All these companies are being contacted to express concern and hopefully detour further association.

Pursuant to the above rebuttal, it should be noted that Mr. Beauchamp and Mr. Ciccone are independent contractors whom did not work on the Mountain View Industries project. Any enquiries should be directed to Mr. Kevin Moloney, President and founder of Clear Moves Inc. 778.317.8064. Mr. Moloney will be more than happy to respond to any questions regarding this unfortunate situation.

Sonny Abed and Geno Koopman of Mountainview Industries have absolutely no foundation to their claim. These are people whom were provided with an incredible amount of value over and above the $6500.00 they invested, including Clear Moves paying the travel expenses. References were provided for Mr. Abed to call in advance and my track record of international experinece and blue chip clients speaks for itself.

The demands from this client and the terms of their requests became so unreasonable we stopped the work. But not until the client received:

1. Two days of strategic planning- on site
2. A documented strategic plan
3. An abreviated charted strategic plan
4. Power Point marketing templates
5. Marketing letter templates
6. Two versions of business plan templates
7. All travel espenses
8. Refined and re-crafted mission statement.

It's unfortunate Mr. Abed and Mr. Koopman do not understand some general rules of decency in working with service providers. They should also feel fortunate that I did not file a lawsuit aginst them for defaming my character in voice mails to colleagues of mine.

Also please note that Mr. Ciccone and Mr. Beauchamp are part of the Clear Moves team on an 'as needed' basis only. Their names should be removed.

Sincerely,

Kevin Moloney
