Just beware what ever they say they are going to do, when they will have it done and how much it will cost is just a guess on their part. These fellas do not have enough funds to run their business. They use your money to keep other housing starts a float, just going hand to mouth. Kevin talks a good game but unfortunately that is all it is......talk. He has already been sued under a different company name which went t**s up. Went out west but had to come back to N.B., can't be good if you can't make a go of it out west.

Constantly begging for money when the work is not completed. Always late completing work by agreed upon dates to the point of being ridiculous. Ended up not having my place completed and will have to pay someone else to finish the job. These are poor business men, poor estimates and unrealistic time lines. Their me do good work, if you can get them on site to actually do anything. Mostly they are working on new starts and have little interest actually finishing existing ones.
