Kevin Parker Theft of Services with Bounce Check Written from Closed Account DULUTH Georgia

 Kevin Parker is clearly a scam artist, liar and a fraud. I am not shocked to see other reports here about him. Mr. Parker first contacted me in September 2014 about my massage service and scheduled soon there after. From the first time I met him something about his character was questionable. He was constantly late, always on his phone and was always speaking about his numerous businesses. He however always paid and was constantly requesting discounts and on more than one occasion short paid for his session. On May 4th, I provided my service once again but at the end he claimed to have forgotten his wallet in a haste and if I won't mind using a check. Though I seldom ever accepted checks the fact that I worked with him for months I agreed. Days later the check returned due to insufficient funds. I immediately contacted him and he fed me some bogus story about his account being hacked and he will rectify the situation in a matter of days. He kept saying he will reimburse me not to mention the fee I incurred for his bounce check. He then blocked me on his phone so I would go directly to voicemail and I called from another number and he answered immediately. This continued for months, he would occasional send a text saying he will pay me by a certain date and never did as if to taunt me. I then decided to go into the bank Wood Forest National Bank located in Walmart DULUTH Ga to see if the funds were even available only to learn the account was closed even before he wrote me the check. This man is troubled and seems crazy to be honest so stay clear of him. He recently contacted me once again, saying he wants to meet to apologize pay me and hopefully resume using my services, I agreed only to meet with him to get my money and of course be no showed. So once again I was duped. So BEWARE KEVIN PARKER IS A CRIMINAL WHO NEEDS TO BE LOCKED UP
