Lind seemed upset and concerned that her workers? answering the phone were not entering your conversations with them in the computer log. So next time you call them, they state there is no record of your conversation; even though the recording advises you when you call that " Your conversation may be recorded for quality purposes" What Bull.
Lind gave me her direct phone number and assured me that I would receive a credit on my bank statement in 3-4 days. Well, it took a week, but I finally received a credit on my checking account. Seems like a lot for $14.95 refund. I had to forfeit my shipping and handling, seems like that's how they exist, on the interest they owe you.

Called these people twice now. I was first told it was being processed and would show on Dec. statement.

Called Jan 15, still hasen't been posted. Now they tell me they will put me on a priority list. What bull. I am sending in the form to the Illinois Attorney General Office, maybe they will listen then.
