kevin Trudeau customer service department for kevin called company on Saturday and 48 hrs Monday I called to cancel order and they told me shipment went out already but they do not work on Sundays - they lied and supervisor also lied - THIS IS A SCAM b RENO, Nevada

Called 888-856-9046 to cancel my book order from Kevin Trudeau as I was told I can canel within 30 days - within 24 hours I called to cancel and got a run-around from customer service and its supervisor.They took my money off my credit card and tell me that the order was shipped out on Sunday by USPS and gave me a bogus tracking number., said my order left warehouse but they do not work on Sundays so how can it be shipped out and then they told me i would receive the product within 10-14 days. ITS A SCAM - SCAM-SCAM
