Is that guy still around? He's one of most notorious scam artists around.

He's been in various kinds of trouble over the years but always seems to pop up again to rip off more folks. The man has no conscience whatsoever. I'm sorry you're dealing with him. You MAY eventually get your money back but don't count on it. Be persistent.
