On or about 10/15/14 I reviewed an Exterior Wood Door sold by BGW Model # 580E DBL 30" X 80" at Amazon.com. I had a question which, I contacted the seller through Amazon, the seller, Mr. Kevin Zhu, the owner of BGW, and Door and Window Depot replied back by sending his personal email and asked me for my phone. After couple of emails and calls, Mr. Zhu offered me to buy the door directly from him at $200 discount. I told him that I rather to buy it through Amazon because the protection they provide to me but he convinced me to go with him which sadly I did. I paid him and he send the door but when the door delivered it had damages and missing part,

I called Mr. Zhu which he asked me to fix it and contact his assistant to compensate me for the damages.  I sent her everything she asked for but until today, I did not receive any compensation or even the missing part that I ask for. That is beside the door is trash, the wood did not go through the winter weather, it is falling apart, which I contacted them again to arrange to fix it as stated in the warranty but they totally ignored me. Do not be a sucker walk away or stay away of this seller. After I gave up I decided to at least to alert Amazon customer and I submitted a product review but Amazon did not post it I do not understand why specially I did not violate their guideline.
