Hi there, I just recently joined "Key Strokes For Cash" and "Virtual Training Solutions" trying to make some extra cash in data entry. Not knowing until after I bought both of their products, to realize that it had totally nothing to do with what was advertised. It gave me directions to set up some ad online, telling me to sell some other scams for commission. This was never mentioned in their initial advertisement. I couldn't even fine a data entry job similar to what they had mentioned I was going to be getting for buying this product.
Well, I did do some research on how to get my refund back from those 2 companies. And it looks like esellerate handles all their online transaction. I wrote to esellerate about my purchase and how unsatisfied I was with the product. Make sure to have the receipt of your purchase and/or the esellerate ID number that they give you when you made the purchase. (Just click reply from the receipt and change the email address to support@esellerate.net)
I just got an email from esellerate that they will be refunding me in 3 to 4 days. So I am happy I dont have to go through all the troubles for my refund. Thank you for whoever posted this info online. And I just wanted to warn everyone about this scam and provide an easy way for your refund from these bad companies. Hopefully this helped.

This person is on the right track!! I followed the instructions, "Make sure to have the receipt of your purchase and/or the esellerate ID number that they give you when you made the purchase. (Just click reply from the receipt and change the email address to support@esellerate.net)" and sent an email to that address. The very next day, I received a response that my refund would be processed in 3 -5 business days!! Thank you, again. And, stay away from Virtual-Training-Solutions and Process Rebates from Home. Ripoff!!
