Key Tax Group stated to me that they could help me solve my tax problem and that they would definitely get me a lower paying agreement. I was currently paying $500 a month which was very difficult for me and they promised a reduced agreement and charged me $500 for this service, and did absolutely nothing.

Every time I call them they tell me that someone will get in touch with me but no one ever does. I would not recommend this service to anyone and I do hope I could get my money back.
