Key Tax Group More than 3 months before action on request Jacksonville Florida

I contacted Key Tax Group in September 2017. They asked if I was insolvent so they could seek a reduction. However, I wasn't insolvent, so all they needed to do was get a payment plan. It is blatantly obvious that Key Tax Group did nothing on my request and payment for services until after I emailed Key Tax Group in January 2018 requesting some information. This complaint is about untimely action on the part of Key Tax Group.

On 9/1/17, I emailed documents and payment of $750 to Nicholas ******.
On 10/6/17, I received email from Kelly ****** (306319) that Key Tax Group will proceed.
No Key Tax Group activity for 3 months.
On 1/11/18, I received another letter from the IRS with more added interest.
On 1/12/18, I emailed Kelly ****** asking if that letter represented the Key Tax Group solution.
On 1/17/18, I received email from Lance ****** congratulating me on the payment plan.

According to the IRS, there was no action on my tax issue until 1/17/2018 when the IRS got a request for POA and an Extension to Pay and a payment plan.

Key Tax Group is a company everyone could do without!
