Keynetics Inc. Also know as Inteligators keep charging my pay pal account after I have e-mailed and asked them to cancel subscription. Internet

I signed up for a trial background service using a internet site called inteligator. on the website they tell you that they will supply you with all this information but, once you start checking you can not access the information unless you have to keep signing up for another trial for a dollar and then in turns into 19.95. When and if you do get information it is not correct and they come up with telling you to pay more to get the correct information. I can find information on the Google website for free for what they keep charging me 19.95 a month for. They are charging my paypal account four different charges for 19.95. They will not give you any kind of contact telephone number where you are able to talk directly with somebody.

The only option they will give you to cancel and account is a e-mail. I sent a cancellation e-mail and I received a e-mail back from them saying they had fowarded my e-mail to cancell to the right department.

I sent the cancellation e-mail the last time I was charged and told them to cancell and today a month later there is two charges for 19.95 on my Paypal account for a company named Keynetics Inc.

I sent them a e-mail today asking why I am still being charged and, told them if they did not stop I would be forced to turn them over to the Better Buissness Beurea.

After e-mailing them I typed Keynetics Inc. into my search engine and it automaticly took me to your scam ripoff report site.
