This complaint appears twice, once under annonymous and once under Brandon B.  The content in your complaint is incorrect and as such the matter is being handled by our corporate council.  Had you provided full disclosures and been forthcoming from the onset and presented accurate facts, there would be no need for legal council to interject in this matter.  GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.   

The original complaint was successfully closed out by the parties in less then 48 hours and a refund was issued.  The original facts of the complaint are incorrect as our company worked tirelessly on this applicants transaction and secured them an approval however due to ever changing market conditions, the approval was not accepted by the customer due to its conditions.  We disagree with the customers description of calls not being returned.  Calls and email communications were always returned to the customer as evidence in call logs and email correspondence.  Regardless, we've left off on good terms with this customer and hope to do business with this organization at sometime in the future.

I have been scammed by this company (Keystone Capital) as well. In excess of $30,000+ for a so-called deposit, for a lease of $1,500,000+. The lease was never financed or commenced by them. A total Bait and Switch and criminal.
