I paid 49.95 to Keystrokes4Cash.com and then when they gave me the pass code I went in there and they wanted more money. They showed me other offers but that would have cost me more money. I wrote for my money and no one answered me. If you know how I can get my money back I would like to know.

I'm going on the assumption that these people are in fact based in the US (you can use a whois search to look up the domain and see who it's registered to)
If they are actually in CA as they claim, you might want to consider filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office.
