Finally heard back from keystrokes4cash after a number of e-mails and "service tickets", just after the 30day guarantee expired (shocker). They wrote that unfortunately there was nothing they could do to refund my money because the 30day time frame had passed, but if I was interested in another one of their internet based businesses, they could transfer the money over (yeah, right...I'm interested in another one of their businesses). I'm amusing myself by continuing to email back and forth with them to see what kind of responses I get (nothing worth while thus far). That's okay, I filed a better business report on them - which I would highly suggest that everyone else that has been scammed by them also do.
