Called attorney Richard Keyt and he answered the phone to my surprise and didn't ask for a consultation like everyone else was. My father had passed away and we were in the need of help so I was told by a family attorney who practices family law to Google a law firm and the most advertised is typically the best because they pay alot to advertise and be the first brought up with Google. So I did that and was getting questions answered by Richard keyt from which he sounded very experienced especially since I don't know anything about probate but he made it sound amazing and very likely we have a strong case all we had to do was pay $2500 to retain his services so we got money together and when I say we me and my brother who work check to check like evey other hard working American. So we paid and not a few days after we pay call with questions only to find out little Ricky (son) handles probate seemed a little green (rookie) but I signed on the dotted line and Richard had the knowledge so I was assured so did little Ricky. Wrong!! As soon as the word litigation came up he seemed panicked and said uncle Norm handles litigation. So then got tossed over to uncle Norm. You know I seen a review on AVVO badly talking about the law firm in which Richard defended himself stating "we didn't even let him hire us" should have paid attention. No one ever answers the phone. Weeks to get an email return. And NO one knows anything going on. Not even the assistant. To top it off a paralegal job was done by an attorney for which I was charged full price to eat up the 2500 then told we want to withdraw from council when I was told by Richard they could use money from the estate if the 2500 runs out no worries. Wrong!! I even had to do my own investigating in which they did a lexis nexis report and you can see that multiple identities are being used by illegals. But nothing done about it when brought to attention. Worst experience of my life. Waste of $2500 dollars. I could have done better myself. This is said with the deepest regard to those that have lost a family member please Steer clear if you know what's best. Wish i would have seen a review. Maybe mine will help the next person from losing a loved one then getting bit by the snakes in the grass at keyt law group.
