I found this tax service on the internet. I called them and spoke with a Miranda. At the time seem like everything was going good with Miranda. At the time i was in and out the hospital and Miranda told you to just get better and she would take care of everything. By the time i got back to work, I had a tax levy and stupid me I was thinking maybe this is part of the process. The IRS was taking alot of money from me and again I was thinking that maybe if i just hurry up and pay them off i would be okay. So again i get caught up in these taxes and called again. Like the first time i had to make payments until i reached my total. this time around they told me that my son's ssn was some kind of identify theft meanwhile the IRS is sending me notices, so again i'm thinking they are working on it. Next thing i know i get another tax levy and i contacted the office and the person i did speak with was no help. I told him that i need to speak to someone about my taxes because this is not right, he told me that everyone was with other clients at the time. I tried to explain to him about my taxes and he said I had to speak with an operator he just answer the phones. since I email them and told them I was going to report them, now they want to call and text me and I told them i wasn't excepting nothing but email becaue I want a papertrail, but I guess they refuse to do that. Now, I living from paycheck to paycheck and i paid this company $1000.00 to fix my problems and they have done nothing but take my money and make it look like I haven't been trying at all to work with the IRS.
