This trader uses a very sneaky method to get your credit card details, offering a 'free trial' that reverts to a paid transaction after a 30 day period.

The problem is that there is nothing to 'trial' - when you click on the link to down load - nothing happens.

When you you report the problem - you get a "support ticket' with a promise to 'get in touch within 72 hours' - that doesn't happen.

When you phone and leave a message ( because no one ever actually answers) - you get a recorded message saying "your call will be returned asap" - that doesn't happen.

I would strongly recommend that people DO NOT attempt to do business with "Khancepts".


I have had to close my account to stop them from stealing my money.

The ploy is to get someone's credit card as an ongoing authority - once he has it, the card is charged perpetually - until you shut it down.

My bank could not even contact "Khancepts" to enquire. Its all a big con.

Refute claims of "billing error"

1. Despite numerous attempts - there was never any correspondence between Khancepts and me.

2. I actually had to close my account to stop the funds from being taken.

3. There was no refund ever issued by Khancepts - my bank had to charge it back through the credit card.

4. The response posted here is the first acknowledgement of this matter by Khancepts.

I was just made aware of this complaint here.

We strive for customer service excellence. We have resolved the issue in your cancellation notice and have reversed all funds back to your credit card back in 2010. This complaint is quite harsh but I can understand your frustration at the moment of the billing.

I just want to make a note that this billing error was indeed resolved.
